These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and your submission of the “Get AICO for Free” application form. By submitting the form you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and to our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not submit the form.
We are AICO (“AICO”, “we”, “us”, “our”), based in Limassol, Cyprus. You can reach us at hi@aicosport.com.
1. About AICO
AICO provides ring-side smart-camera systems for boxing gyms and boxers that record sparring, create highlights and produce training analytics. The website describes our product and lets you express interest. AICO is in an early/launch phase: features, plans, pricing and availability shown on the site are indicative and may change.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to submit the form. If you submit on behalf of a gym or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so and to share the information you provide.
3. Your application
The form is an expression of interest, not a contract or a guarantee that AICO will be provided to you, on any particular terms, price or timeline. By submitting it you confirm that the information you give is accurate and that we may contact you about it. Any future supply of AICO hardware or services will be governed by a separate agreement.
4. Information we collect and how we use it
Through the form we collect the information you provide:
- Name and role/position (e.g. gym owner, coach, manager, boxer);
- Email and phone (so we can contact you);
- Gym name;
- How you heard about AICO;
- Preferred installation date.
We use this information to respond to your request, assess fit, schedule and set up AICO, and send you relevant information about your enquiry. Our lawful bases are your consent and our taking steps at your request prior to a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. We keep the data only as long as needed for these purposes or as required by law.
5. Marketing communications
We may contact you about AICO and your enquiry. Where required by law we will only send marketing with your consent, and you can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link or emailing hi@aicosport.com. Opting out of marketing does not stop service-related messages about your enquiry.
6. Your privacy and your rights
We process personal data in line with applicable law, including the EU GDPR, the UK GDPR / Data Protection Act 2018, and US state privacy laws such as the CCPA/CPRA (California) and similar.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, to object to or restrict processing, to withdraw consent, and — for US residents — to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (we do not sell your personal information). To exercise any right, email hi@aicosport.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
If we transfer data internationally (for example between the EU/UK and other countries), we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. For details on cookies and similar technologies, see our Cookie Policy.
7. Acceptable use
You agree to use the website lawfully, to provide accurate information, not to submit data about other people without their permission, and not to misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site.
8. Intellectual property
The website and its content — including the AICO name, logo, text, images and designs — are owned by AICO or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission.
9. Disclaimers
The website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” for general information. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any product description, plan or price is final. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AICO will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or submission of the form. Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer in your country of residence.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence (including in the EU and UK). Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Cyprus, again without prejudice to consumer rights to bring proceedings locally where the law allows.

We may update these Terms as the site or the law changes. The “Last updated” date above shows the current version; material changes will be reflected here.
